Milford

Milford is but a short walk along the beach from Takapuna and hosts its own Marina and Boat Building Business and Boating Club with nice sandy beach and park-like setting. It also has some nice real estate to stroll past. Also 2 supermarkets for those picnic lunches with all manner of delicacy's and beverages. Great for beach for swimming and park is good to let the kids run around in or hit a cricket ball or toss a rugby ball around.
So do take in the sites of Milford on your stops to the North Shore

Beautiful Auckland

As an overseas visitor Auckland is beautiful place to share with your partner or wife. If you feel like doing your own thing there are many activities you can enjoy.  Play a round of golf, take a bush walk , go for a sail or just spend a pleasant hour getting a relaxing massage or other personal attention.

Devonport

Fine wine, food and sand: just five minutes by ferry from downtown Auckland. This is where you will find the seaside village of Devonport. Filled with a myrad of eclectic Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, and a well stocked Supermarket for all your picnic and harbor cruise outings. Devonport also has a rich naval history and a trip to the naval museum is also something different. Also why not try a horse-drawn carraige ride along the waterfront. Devonport also once a year holds an annual Wine and Food festival which is well patronised with varying wines and food and entertainment for a whole weekend.
Just Around the bay is Stanley Point site of rainbow warrior escapees cliff climb.
So stop a while to enjoy seaside Devonport and all it has to offer.
