Out of the Ordinary Things

Hi out there. Just wondering if anyone out there has any special interests i.e. maybe your looking for investment property or such like and want some local knowledge first. Or you have a special interest in things that are out-of-the-ordinary or aren't covered by usual tourist sites. I may be able to help out.
